In 1992 a large research project into stop smoking methods was undertaken at the university of Iowa. This comparison put hypnosis right at the top. This was reported in The New Scientist, which claimed that ‘Stop Smoking Hypnosis’ was the MOST effective way to give up. A new study by Professor Green at the University of Ohio has also confirmed the success of stop smoking hypnosis.
