...Self Hypnosis

Why Learn Self Hypnosis?
Learning self-hypnosis is easy and fun, after which you will have a valuable life tool to make powerful and beneficial changes to your life. How many times have you heard that we only ever use a very small percentage of our minds? What if you could effectively tap into that vast unused resource, imagine your potential? You could gain more confidence, achieve more at work and with sporting activities, enjoy better health, better sleep, change bad habits, the possibilities are endless.
Think how much money you have spent on your home, on your car, on your outer appearance this year. Now it is time to invest in your inner-self and once you have learned self-hypnosis you have it for life. You will learn how to enter a safe intentional hypnosis where you have a deliberate awareness and control, as opposed to the natural times of hypnosis where you do not have control. It is a systematic method that allows you to enter these "dreamlike states" and communicate directly with your subconscious and issue new suggestions or instructions.
You will be taught how to write suggestions that are effective, powerful and tailor-made for your individual needs.
Remember you are your own best hypnotist; you have the best knowledge of your own mind.
What will I Learn?
- What hypnosis is and how to control it
- How to write effective hypnotic suggestions
- How to relax everyday
- Protect yourself from other people's negative language
You will be given guidelines on Weight Reduction, Stopping Smoking, Better Sleep, Better Golf, Greater Confidence and much more.

Testimonials for Self HypNOSIS
Learning Self-Hypnosis changed Mrs Connell's life:
"I was diagnosed with M. S. in June 1990 although I probably had it a couple of years before that. I have remitting relapsing M. S. as opposed to primary progressive, which means I have attacks, rather than a slow decline. This can change to secondary progressive any time it wants to. One of the most debilitating symptoms was chronic fatigue, which can strike at anytime anywhere and for no reason. It doesn't happen because I've over done it. I could get out of bed and have fatigue by the time I've got down stairs. Fatigue can last day's weeks or months there is nothing you can do.
I no longer worry about it thanks to Julie James teaching me self-hypnosis. I still have at times a feeling of fatigue but they pass in about 15 to 20 minutes, so I no longer have that hanging over my head.
My eyes were giving me a lot of pain due to double vision which has been going on since May. My eyes became very sensitive to the cold, and I found I could not walk near to the freezer aisles in the local supper market. This was becoming very distressing because if we had a cold winter I would not be able to leave the house without being in a lot of pain, now due to Julie, teaching me self-hypnosis I can guard against this by hypnotic suggestion. So this allows me to shop and leave the house without worrying.
Since being diagnosed with MS, I started to suffer with cluster migraines, which have increased in severity and frequency over the last four years and these have a direct effect on the M. S. Now due to techniques taught to me by Julie, I can if caught in time control them, and even stop them altogether, such as this week I have prevented three of them. Dealing with them in this way they no longer affect the M. S. like they did in the past. Other symptoms that have improved are, my energy levels, my balance and vertigo.
I now feel I have a big advantage with my self-hypnosis, as anyone who has M. S. knows you have no control over the way its going to effect you and you feel rather at the mercy of it. You are playing a waiting game with what part of your body it will attack next. By learning self-hypnosis, I now have a degree of control over the M. S. for the first time. I now have something to fight back with, and it's a great feeling to be more positive about the future for the first time in years, thanks to Julie."

Lisa had success with her self-hypnosis less than 24 hours after completing the course.
"I hypnotized myself yesterday night and again this morning, and toddled off to have semi-permanent makeup done on my eyes which basically involves having my eyes tattooed. I was AMAZED at the difference… its was absolute agony when I had it done before - just like someone stabbing a red hot needle in my eye a million times, but this time the right eye didn't hurt at all, the left got a bit sore towards the end. I was delighted. I've started up a Hypnosis Suggestion book and I am going to keep a record of everything I ask or tell my sub-conscious.
I really enjoyed the course Julie - the best one I have ever been on. I was exhausted at the end it, but so glad I'd come."

Paul lowers his blood pressure using Hypnosis to relax
"Having completed the self-hypnosis course I then used it every day after work for just 15 minutes to relax. The next time I visited by doctor he was amazed that my blood pressure had come down to 'normal' levels. I used to take beta blockers every day for 20 years and now I have stopped and I am enjoying a much more relaxed attitude to life."

Peter improves his sleep with self-hypnosis
"Dear Julie
Thank you very much for an excellent course, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
The self hypnosis is working great. I'm actually sleeping through the night for the first time in years and waking up at dead on six o'clock every morning for work, feeling fantastic.
Once again, many thanks for a very professional and valuable course.
Kind regards"

Richard, Consistently successful day trader reports
Firstly, let me make this point very clear, Self-Hypnosis will not make you a successful trader if you do not posses the skills necessary to identify what is known as a trade set-up or you have little understanding of the markets.
I am as skeptical as the next man, but when I decided to enrol on Julies’ Self-Hypnosis Course I shared the same space with a small group of people all there for their own reasons, mine was to overcome emotional responses to trading and make decisions based upon facts with my own trading rules. Soon after I quickly realised ‘what an effective life tool I now posses’.
I am a consistently successful day trader – my methods are too long winded to include within this article but suffice to say that for me a large part of my success is due to my ability to control my emotions with Self-Hypnosis.
When faced with opportunities to buy or sell into the market I would experience the following range of emotions, almost blindingly.
· The fear of losing money.
· The humiliation of getting it wrong.
· Hesitation at the point of entry, pulling the trigger.
I had also developed bad habits from reading information posted to forums on trading web sites posted by amateurs. I have now removed these bad habits using my self-hypnosis.
Self-Hypnosis does not remove or impair your judgement but reinforces your trading skills. With Self-Hypnosis you deliver your own ‘suggestion’ to your sub conscious mind whilst in your self hypnotic state, I do this at home, this enables me to be free from emotional attachment whilst retaining all judgement.
I consider Self-Hypnosis to be an important life skill and have used it to iron out other personal wrinkles as an added bonus.
Richard
Dear Julie Thank you for the wonderful week-end Self-hypnosis Course that I completed with you on the 27th January this year.
I have been able to put the knowledge and skills which I gained into effect immediately.
On the 28th (the next day) I had an MRI scan which I have cancelled 4 times due to a fear of the machine. This time I went in knowing that I was calm and safe. The visualisation I used as I instigated my programme took me to wide open spaces by the sea shore and I was surprised when they brought me out 45 minutes later.
I am following the advice you gave us and am keeping a book with all my intensions and suggestions in it.
I also use the Relax programme which has already put me in control of my blood pressure instead of it being in control of me.
